This policy explains how we collect and process personal data of visitors to ecolux.house in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Ukrainian data-protection law.

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

• Enquiry data — name, email, phone, message that you voluntarily provide via forms/contacts.
• Technical / analytics data (only with your consent) — page interactions, device/browser type, approximate location by IP, session recordings. Collected by analytics tools (see §5 and the Cookie Policy).
• Technical error logs — for site stability (without personal identifiers).

4. Cookies and consent

Analytics cookies and technologies (including session recording) load only after your explicit consent in the banner. Essential elements (such as remembering your cookie choice) always work. 5. Who receives data (processors)

• PostHog — product analytics, EU hosting (eu.i.posthog.com). Only with consent.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings. Only with consent.
• Sentry — technical error monitoring (EU region), without personal data (sendDefaultPii disabled).
• Vercel — site hosting.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed for communication and as required by law. Analytics data is retained per the respective services’ settings and deleted after the retention period or on your request.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

• access to and a copy of your data;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• restriction of or objection to processing;
• withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
• lodging a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
